Research Of A Company Portfolio Management Risk Factors Based On WSR

Portfolio management means that some projects, program and other work for centralized management, the purpose is to achieve strategic goals. The risk of portfolio management will affect some strategic objectives, it may be an uncertain event or set of events, or a condition.This paper based on the theory of project management, portfolio management, portfolio risk management, reference WSR’s basic thinking, analysis the risk factors of portfolio management in A company. This paper studies the WSR work process of portfolio management, including working process of the understanding of the intent, target forming, investigation and analysis, program construction, program selection, implementation, coordination. Then research by literature survey and expert investigation, find out 14 secondary Wuli risk factors and 40 tertiary Wuli risk factors in each working process of portfolio management.This paper uses AHP to determine the ten key risk factors of implement portfolio management: the allocation of resources in the portfolio internal is not timely, A company’s strategy is unreasonable, individual project evaluation method is unscientific and incomplete, the configuration of portfolio internal resources is unreasonable and the resources conflict can not be reconciled between individual projects, portfolio’ KPI is unreasonable, internal management mechanism is not flexible to respond quickly to the market’s diversification, the impact of internet industry competitive products, the risk of understanding about portfolio options, the evaluation of portfolio performance is incorrect, the allocation of resources between the portfolios is not timely. This paper use the ISM research the structural relationships of the ten key risk factors, which is the Shili risk factors of A company project portfolio management, and proposed risk management measures.This paper also research the “Q Portfolio” of A company, research which’s Renli risk factors in each working process, in order to standardize the human behavior of project management, propose portfolio management-related regulations which are base on the " A company’s project portfolio management basic principles Guidebook", and put forward the basic idea of the proposed project and portfolio management in continuous monitoring of risk. "A company project portfolio management to implement the basic principles Guidebook" as the basis of project portfolio management-related regulations, and put forward the basic ideas and suggestions about continuous monitoring of risk portfolio management.In conclusion, this paper research Wuli risk factors of portfolio management in A company, research the Shili risk factors relationship and Renli risk factors, The purpose is to identify risk factors of A company portfolio management, and control these risk factors effectively.
