H Real Estate Group has long been a traditional residential development business, but the industry environment has changed a lot, residential development of the golden age gradually away, H Real Estate Group’s residential real estate development business is gradually bottlenecks, and commercial real estate development time has come. In this industry background, H Real Estate Group, more than ever are faced with more urgent problems in commercial real estate restructuring, internal restructuring for the commercial real estate has reached a consensus, but the commercial real estate development resources, capabilities, experience, there is insufficient. Therefore under the new situation, how do commercial real estate development business to become a major key troubled H Group.This paper analyzes start from H Real Estate Group’s industry, analyze the macroeconomic environment, the residential real estate industry and the commercial real estate industry, reveals the residential real estate development in the golden age is over, the arrival of the era of commercial real estate development, commercial real estate in the long term has broad prospects, but also need to pay attention to the short-term risk. And commercial real estate development trends, industry competition, competitors and competition means the typical mode of operation for a detailed analysis, to provide a solid foundation for the development of the external environment analysis H Real Estate Group, the commercial real estate business transformation strategy.
