In recent years, the credit card industry has maintained steady development, credit cards have become the most widespread public payment and settlement tools. Facing the competitive environment, Bank of Communications put the customer satisfaction as a measure to enhance the customer experience, as well as to enhance brand loyalty groups, is a severe challenge.Based on the theory of Customer Satisfaction and above economic background, Bank of Communications Pacific Credit Card as the main research subject, combined with the author’s knowledge learned from MBA study and personal industrial expertise, did a deep level analysis for customer satisfaction to diagnose the problem and root cause of current situation. Through questionnaire survey, we did some data analysis for understanding of all aspects of the credit cards’ customer satisfaction. As the same time, we have some comparison analysis of China Merchants Bank credit card, China Construction Bank credit card, ICBC credit card. So we put forward some satisfaction promotion strategy in the credit card in order to enhance the competitiveness of Bank of Communications in the credit card industry in the shortest time.
