Due to the continuous progress and development of the Chinese economy,the quality of life of Chinese residents has increased correspondingly,and consumer demand has increased accordingly.Based on the consumer economy,credit card business has developed rapidly in recent years.As far as the Shihezi area is concerned,in addition to the four major banks that entered the market early,other banks have set up outlets in Shihezi City,and the market competition for credit card business has become more intense.In order to attract customers to handle credit card business,the bank has carried out various preferential activities.When a bank launches a new type of credit card product,another bank will soon launch a similar product,and credit card products between banks will be similar.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to examine the development of credit card business from the perspective of customer demand,and to improve the credit card business to better meet the consumer demand.ICBC has the highest credit card issuance and relatively complete products and services.The Industrial and Commercial Bank Shihezi Branch was established in August 1993 and has been established for 25 years.This has selected the credit card business of the Industrial and Commercial Bank Shihezi Branch as the research object.Market research on customer demand.Based on the review of related literatures and the investigation and understanding of the market conditions of credit card business in Shihezi area,this paper uses questionnaires to find out the problems related to the credit card business of Shihezi Branch of ICBC,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The research on the customer demand of credit card business is divided into two parts,one is the research on the existing customer demand of ICBC's credit card,and the other is the research on the potential customer demand without ICBC credit card.The customer needs of existing customers are mainly from the psychological needs,consumer demand,convenience demand,service demand,research and analysis,and the psychological information,consumer demand and convenience needs and the basic information of the surveyed customers.Cross-analysis and an in-depth understanding of it.For potential customers who do not hold ICBC credit cards,the main reasons are the reasons for not having an ICBC credit card,the channels for understanding ICBC credit cards,the plans for handling ICBC credit cards,and the factors considered when handling ICBC credit cards.Through the above research methods,it is found that ICBC's credit card business has three problems: credit card consumption is relatively backward,credit card knowledge is not in place,and credit card card environment needs to be improved.Among them,credit card consumption can be divided into credit card consumption.The amount of the amount and the overdraft and the existence of the credit card dormant card.By summarizing the above issues,we put forward suggestions for clarifying customer needs,promoting product innovation,promoting credit card business Internetization,promoting credit card related knowledge,and improving credit card usage.
