Research On The Financial Strategy Of TCL Corporation

Financial strategy is a comprehensive and long-term planning of financing, investment, operation and the income distribution activities for the company’s overall strategic co-ordination. Target of financial strategy is to achieve efficient allocation and use of corporate resources, to maximize the value of enterprise and its sustainable development. Therefore, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years, academic had researched and summed up a “Financial Strategy Matrix" model by using modern strategic management ideas, which evaluates an enterprise’s financial condition by its value creation and sustainable growth. The model obtains the enterprise’s Financial Strategy Matrix by its financial data, than judge its value and financial condition for providing basis of the enterprise’s next financial strategy.In this paper, TC L Corporation is the main research object. First, I calculated and analyzed the basic financial data of the TCL Corporation between 2004-2013, to build and paint the corporation’s financial strategy matrix. To present the financial strategies advices that TCL Corporation should be taken. Than make analy sis and evaluation of the TCL Corporation’s strategies of financing, investments, operations and revenue allocation decisions from such perspective. Point out the shortcomings of its financial strategic decisions. Finally give some specific recommendations for the TCL Corporation’s financial strategies. I hope the analysis of this paper can provide some references for the development of TCL corporation’s financial strategies so it can better serve the corporation’s overall strategic objectives to achieve en hancing the corporation’s strength.
