Research On The Lean Management Methods Of Long-term Operation Of Sulfur Recovery Unit In A Petrochemical Company

The sulfur recovery unit is located on the end of crude oil refining line of A petrochemical company, so the operation of the unit is important to the operation of the whole refinery of A petrochemical company. According to current production condition, there are several disadvantageous that affect the long-term operation of the unit. Now, There are some management problems in the unit, for example, the detailed management rules and professional production procedures have not been completely estabilished, and there is no lean management and guarantee method for managing. So how to solve the problem of long-term operation is the big problem to all staff of the unit.Therefore, the Sulfur Recovery Unit in A petrochemical company is selected to be the object of this study. By deliberating the problem of long-term operation of the unit, this paper is expected to contribute to find a kind of lean management methods which is fit for sulfur recovery unit in A petrochemical company,. The general idea of this paper is as follows: First, with guidance of related concepts and theories, I did some reseach on the current situation of the sulfur recovery unit in A petrochemical company, find out the disadvantageous of long-term operation of the unit. finally, present some lean management measures, especially in the field of unit operation and working team, to achieve the long-term operation of the unit.
