Supply chain globalization trend is still spreading,and many Chinese enterprises to provide services for the internationalization of SMEs,just as in the bottom of the supply chain in Pyramid,all of which are under a lot of pressure to survive.If their own did not effectively improve,and between day and night may be replaced by competitors.With the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises are trying to get rid of the existing stiff and slow mode of operation,the shift to a more flexible,lower cost management strategy,strengthen their competitive advantage,as the cornerstone to seek more market opportunities.In today's global economic environment,the most admired by the domestic and foreign enterprises to optimize the management model should be a lean thinking.The core of lean thinking is to eliminate all invalid labor and waste,and to get as much value as possible with less and less investment.Based on the theory of lean thinking by extending the lean supply chain management as the basis,introduces the main methods and characteristics of lean supply chain management lean supply chain,through the research and summary of the management methods of lean supply chain,combined with CN company's current supply chain management situation,formulate a complete solution for lean management the supply chain of CN company:JIT management strategy to eliminate inventory backlog generated waste and improve inventory turnover rate of funds,the use of materials for bar code to eliminate mistakes and improve warehouse delivery out and supplier strategies to improve the strategic synergy between company CN and supplier cooperation and achieve the purpose of reducing the total cost of purchasing the use of flow efficiency and storage of materials by JIT.The main conclusions of this paper is the application of the management theory of lean supply chain in CN company,can reduce the supply chain information distortion,improve inventory turnover rate,shorten the delivery cycle,increase the utilization of funds,improve the enterprise's production capacity and timely delivery rate;the use of lean supply chain management theory,methods and tools,can make CN company to find their own position the customer and supplier in the supply chain,make CN products more competitive in the market;as long as according to the characteristics of enterprises,flexible use of various theories and methods of lean supply chain management,can make the enterprise supply chain to reduce unnecessary waste,and can achieve continuous improvement.
