The enterprise have to forge ahead and innovate for surviving. The driving force of enterprise innovation is the employee’s innovation. Therefore, how to motivate the employee innovative behavior and how to improve the level of innovation have become a hot issue in the study of scholars. The content of the job embeddedness is closely related to employee innovative behavior, but the research about the impact on employee innovative behavior is relatively less.This paper adopts the methods of literature research and empirical research. Through the review of relevant literature, I construct a theoretical model of this paper; through empirical research, I analyze the impact of job embeddedness on employee innovative behavior, and discuss the intermediary role of organizational identity between them. I use SPSS17.0 statistical software, including item analysis, reliability and validity analysis to test and revise the questionnaire to provide the basis for the formal questionnaire; I use correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship between job embeddedness and employee innovative behavior. The main conclusions are as the following:1.Job embeddedness scale, organizational identification scale, employee innovative behavior scale and its two dimensions have good reliability and validity.2.There is a positive correlation between job embeddedness, organizational identification and employee innovative behavior.3.Job embeddedness have a positive effect on employee innovative behavior and its two dimensions, meanwhile organizational identification plays a partial intermediary role between the job embeddedness and employee innovative behavior.
