In the context of the era of knowledge economy,innovation has become the key to long-term development of enterprises to maintain competitive advantage.As a basic component of an enterprise,employees are the core elements for improving the innovation capability of an enterprise.Therefore,how to create a good organizational atmosphere,cultivate employees' innovative ability,motivate employees to generate innovative behaviors,and strengthen the core competitive advantages of enterprises is of great significance.Based on the needs of research,I read a lot of domestic and foreign literature,combed relevant theories,constructed a theoretical model with innovative self-efficacy as a medium variable,organizational climate and the relationship between each dimension and employee innovation behavior,and proposed corresponding assumptions based on the model relationship.According to the research scales and questionnaires at home and abroad,the dimensions of the organizational atmosphere and the items of each variable were preliminarily determined.The questionnaires were pre-issued and the results of the questionnaires were analyzed.Formal questionnaires were generated after the unqualified items were removed.This study is based on the work of employees in various industries.The survey area is mainly in Yantai,Jinan,Qingdao,Zhuzhou,Changsha and Shenzhen.A total of 340 questionnaires were distributed to study organizational atmosphere,employee innovation behavior,and innovation.The relationship between self-efficacy,questionnaire using organizational climate scale,innovative self-efficacy scale,employee innovation behavior scale,using SPSS24.0 for data analysis and processing,testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,using correlation analysis And regression analysis to establish theoretical models and verify relevant assumptions.The research results show that the three dimensions of organizational atmosphere and good relationship atmosphere,innovation atmosphere and fair atmosphere have positive effects on employee innovation behavior;organizational climate and dimensions have a positive impact on innovation self-efficacy;innovation self-efficacy to employees Innovative behavior has a positive effect;organizational climate and dimensions play a full intermediary role in employee innovation behavior through innovative self-efficacy.Based on the results of empirical analysis,it proposes management suggestions on how to motivate employees to generate innovative behaviors.
