Since the era of knowledge economy, the competition between national, ethnic,enterprise gradually from physical products, such as the capital wealth into intangibleassets such as knowledge, technology, talent competition, so it plays a vital role tohold the knowledge, human resources, technology to win the competition betweennational, ethnic and enterprise.With the staff, especially knowledge workers, as their job autonomy improved, alot of behavior that can effectively improve corporate performance, such as thesharing of knowledge, innovative ideas, but they are difficult to specify andcompelled to carry out. The knowledge employees perform beyond jobresponsibilities can effectively improve the organization’s overall performance, soorganizational citizenship behavior has become increasingly important to thedevelopment of enterprise..In this paper, the staff within the organization is the object of the study, weforcus on the impact mechanism between knowledge workers’ organizationalidentification, work embeddedness and verify embedded in the existence of anintermediary role between organizational identity and organizational citizenshipbehavior. In this paper, we get the following conclusions:(1) The organizational identity has a positive influence on organizationalcitizenship behavior, organizational identification has a positive effect on job embeddedness, job embeddedness has a positive influence on organizationalcitizenship behavior. In this study, organizational identification is divided into threedimensions, that cognitive organizational identification, the affective organizationalidentification, the evaluative organizational identification, through the data analysis,we get the following conclusions: cognitive organizational identification, affectiveorganizational identity have a significant positive impact on the organizationcitizenship behavior, evaluative organizational identification have no significanteffect on organizational citizenship behavior. Cognitive organizational identification,evaluative organizational identification have a significant positive impact on workembeddedness, the affective organizational identity had no significant effect on workembeddedness.(2) work embeddedness plays an intermediary role between the organizationalidentity and organizational citizenship behavior. job embeddedness plays anintermediary role between the cognitive organizational identification andorganizational citizenship behavior.
