The Organizational citizenship behavior is a kind of behavior which is made by the internal members according to individual will. Although this behavior is not in the normal reward system, it can significantly improve the working efficiency of the whole organization. However, the improvement of organizational citizenship behavior has a variety of functions, and it can help to organize the effective completion of the internal members, and adjust the team atmosphere, etc.The main factors that affect organizational citizenship behavior are organizational characteristics, job characteristics, leadership and individual characteristics. According to the survey, the operation efficiency of enterprises performance in a large extent will be affected by employee’s organizational citizenship behavior, so the organizational citizenship behavior is gradually paid more attention by the enterprise human resources management department, in order to improve the ability of self- control, and train employees spontaneously to make organizational citizenship behavior, further improve the organization’s performance.In this paper, we discuss in Laixi Yuehaixilai Hotel, according to employee’s different industry, gender, seniority, age and other research object, use the form of questionnaire, to understand specific performance of employee’s organizational citizenship behavior. And we use statistics analysis methods, research the relationship between employee’s organizational citizenship behavior, organizational justice and employee performance, after summarize, use the conclusions to human resources management system of the hotel, thus making the organization management efficient, and improve the bad operating condition of the hotel in the past two years.This paper is mainly divided into five parts, the first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research, introduces the content, methods and possible innovation points, etc.In the second part,we refer to the domestic literature and the international research literature on organizational citizenship behavior, study the organizational citizenship behavior from the definition, influence factors, dimensions,therelationship of the dimensions and performance, and the localization study of organizational citizenship behavior. In the third and the forth part, we assume and design the subject contents, design the questionnaire and investigation, according to the data statistics, research the relationship between employee’s organizational citizenship behavior, organizational justice and employee performance. In the fifth part, through the summary of the study, combine with the employee’s concrete condition in Laixi Yuehaixilai Hote, so that the the oretical research can be better applied to the management of the hotel.
