With the increase of the global population and the expansion of the economic scale, the environmental problems caused by the use of fossil energy and the consequences are constantly being recognized. Especially the global climate change caused by the emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere will bring serious consequences. In this context, Low-carbon economy has become an inevitable choice for world’s sustainable development.China, as the world’s largest developing country and the largest country of carbon dioxide emissions, the development of low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice of china. However, in the process of low carbon economy’s construction, there is a lack of awareness of low carbon development, weak low-carbon information management capabilities and so on. in view of the problems above, this paper combined the life cycle assessment theory with the multiple objective analysis method, use the computer technology to establish a model of the industrial park of low carbon economic development that can simulate industrial park’s energy, material and carbon cycle system.with this mathematical model of low carbon economy Industrial Park,we can optimize the development,change, and the deficiencies of the park. On this basis, with the use of object-oriented design patterns and the aid of FLTK software development tools, we designed a software that can help to manage the information of a low carbon industrial park.Also,it can simulate the operation of Industrial Park, evaluate and forecast the efficiency of low carbon economic development, and shows its great environmental, economic and social benefits.At the end of this paper, we chose Jiayuguan Industrial Park as the prototype, and designed a industrial operation model, using software to model specific industrial engineering and carbon emission process and made quantitative analysis, simulation and optimization, the fruits of the model confirmed the reliability and practicability of the software.
