Under the background of world economy globalization,The trend of internationalization of regional economic development is gradually emerging. The industrial development in the East,middle and west regions of China is influenced by many factors in the international and domestic industries. Regional differences in the level of economic and industrial development are also becoming more and more obvious.Influenced by geography, history and system of our country, since the founding of the country the eastern, central and western regions of China’s economic development shows some differences. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of economy and industry, the difference of industrial structure in our country is more and more obvious. However, Affected by the government in terms of policy, the regional market factors, the regional industrial transfer between the three economic zone has started. Industries in the East, middle and west regions have been developing at a high speed. At the same time,optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has realized. Because the inter regional industrial transfer is affected by many factors,and industrial transfer in different regions are difference in the industrial transfer mode, the direction of industrial transfer. So, firstly the paper analyzed the industrial structure and the development of industry at this stage. Analyzed the industrial transfer differences between three regions by calculated the location quotient.; Secondly, To establish a panel data model using2000-2014 data, have a quantitatively discussed for the influence factors of industrial transfer. The results show that, in different regions of China the industry specialization degree exists obvious difference, and the factors such as market demand, labor cost, national policy, the level of opening up has different impact on the industrial transfer between regions. On the basis of this study, this paper gives some suggestions and makes interpretation of China’s inter regional transfer of industry development trend of the future.
