A Study Of The Change Of Industrial Undertaking And Structure In Wanjiang City Belt

On the economic situation of economic integration and the rise of central China, promoting the industry from the developed areas, the high gradient region to the less developed areas, the low gradient region will become an important strategy in initializing the coordinate development of regional economy. In the experience of four international industrial transfer wave and the background of complex world economic circumstance in current society:the economic growth rate slowed down, the rising cost of production factors, the unbalanced labor mobility, the energy resource depletion, the unreasonable industrial structure and so on force developed areas to adjust the industrial structure, promoting partial industrial transfer to the central and western areas, the gap between industrial development lead directly to the gap in regional economic development, so from the point of industry transfer and undertake to study the internal mechanism of industry transfer, which will gradually narrow the inter-regional industrial gradient and drive the coordinated development of the overall economy.In this paper, the domestic and overseas’ experiences are combined in industry transfer and undertake, the current economic hot area Wanjiang City Belt is selected to study, industrial economics, regional economic and other related theoretical knowledge are used. On the side of industrial transfer, its space focus, a reasonable location choice of industry transfer, the specific industry need to be transferred and so on are mainly studied. On the side of industrial undertake, its local investment environment, the capability of absorbing technology, the advantages of labor and so no are analyzed. Based on gaining the ability in industry transfer, analyze current status of Wanjiang City Belt, through selecting the Panel Data from 2003 to 2013, using the econometric analysis software Stata and building econometric model, the industrial structure changes are studied behind its affection in Anhui Province, pointing out the existing problems, drawing conclusions and propose a solution.The conclusions of this research are as follows:Firstly, from the perspective of the spatial distribution on industrial undertaking, the source of industrial transfer that Wanjiang City Belt undertook includes two parts:inside of Chinese Mainland, it concentrates on Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai; outside of Chinese Mainland, it concentrates on Hongkong China, Japan, Taiwan China and Singapore. Secondly, from the perspective of leading industry, Wanjiang City Belt has built some competitive industries, like household appliance industry, automobiles industry, agricultural products industry, mechanical equipment industry, metallurgy industry, chemical engineering industry, etc. Thirdly, from the perspective of the distribution of industrial structure, the Wanjiang City Belt industries are mainly drived by the secondary industry. The third industry has the tendency to rise up and the industrial structure optimizes itself unceasingly. Fourthly, from the perspective of influence, the industrial agglomeration, human capital, production efficiency that Wanjiang City Belt has brought have a positive influence on industrial structure. Moreover, the FDI also has a positive acceleration to the industrial structure. In sum, how to enhance the positive influence after the industrial transfer, optimize the industrial structure, improve the regional industrial competitiveness will be the target and motivation of Wanjiang City Belt.
