Lanzhou Heating Trade Occupation On Security Management System

Central heating supply is an important infrastructure in urban construction and economic development, and it is also the most important form of urban heating, which is responsible for providing heat to urban residents, enterprises and institutions,government agencies, and to ensure the important responsibility of urban development and people’s food and clothing. As an important infrastructure, in the process of specific services, the government’s ability to reflect the public service also affects the entire current service capacity building. So, in the process of the implementation of the specific public services, the better the ability to combine services is reflected in the development. This will be able to protect the future of public service capacity and the effect of building more targeted and effective. Heating,as a basic urban infrastructure construction, needs the government to play its role, so that it can better reflect the government’s service ability and service effect in the process of public service.Based on this, this paper combined with the actual situation of Lanzhou thermoelectric company’s occupational safety system, the system is analyzed,designed to be able to through the current research, to find the current Lanzhou city’s hot spots in the employee safety management system. Therefore, the relevant theoretical basis of occupational safety, the existing Lanzhou heating industry and the entire public utility occupational safety system for effective design, reflects the research value of this paper.From the specific research methods, this paper mainly uses the literature review method, qualitative research method, combined with the current survey and analysis of the results of the summary, the current Lanzhou Thermo Electron Corporation of the current situation of the safety of workers, the corresponding analysis, for the article lay the foundation. And from the existing data, the conclusions of the research of occupational safety system in the current municipal utility industry are concluded.
