With policy and market gradually opening up, China’s international freight forwarding industry competition become more and more intense, a lot of small freight forwarding enterprise development met great difficulties and challenges,and small and medium enterprises is an important part of the national economy and help the it is important practical significance to solve the bottleneck of the development. Therefore, in this thesis, to Ningbo Vinpac the typical medium and small-sized shipping agent enterprises as a case were in-depth analysis, for the formulation of development strategies, enhance their core competitiveness.To Ningbo Vinpac development strategy in this paper exists problem oriented,gradually sort of enterprise strategic objectives and make clear the company’s future development direction. First of all, through PEST analysis, understanding Ningbo Vinpac International Freight Agency Co., Ltd. the macro environment, it is found that with the rising of Chinese economy high speed development and people’s living needs, international freight forwarding industry stable and rapid development, and the development of Internet and technology is significantly improves the operation efficiency of the freight transportation enterprise.Secondly, through Porter’s five forces model of Ningbo Vinpac industry analysis, found that the fierce competition in the international freight forwarding industry, large enterprises in brand and cost advantages are obvious, and Ningbo Vinpac is due to the main business in foreign countries and the mainland agents provides more than two aspects has advantages and potential development. Then the Ningbo Vinpac SWOT analysis, we believe that companies with more than 400 to port agent can provide a wide range of various services, competitive advantage,can continue to tap the customer to subdivide the market, but also the existence of imperfect organizational structure, incentive system exists defects and software service lags behind other issues, resulting in a realistic problem and the work efficiency is not high.At the end of this paper, the Ningbo Vinpac formulated the core competitive advantage strategy, market segmentation strategy, network strategy, cooperation and joint logistics services strategy strategy proposed Ningbo Vinpac in the core business, market segmentation, marketing and customer service management aspects of the specific development measures.
