The Risk Research Of "Zhen Shan Metro" PPP Project In Sihui City

The PPP project as an innovative investment and financing mode, takes more and more applications in the current construction of the new urbanization of China, whose role in society is also growing more and more fastly. The smooth implementation of PPP project, which encourage and guide social investment, which enhance the ability of the supply of public goods and ensure the improving livelihood of the people, which advance economic structure of china, which promote urbanization sustainable development,has great economic and social significance in china today.The PPP projects with many participation partners always take a long construction and operation cycle, and cost a huge investment. All above characteristics lead big risks on economic and technical, so the PPP project implementation exists many uncertain factors. There are other reasons which make PPP project difference from others, such as operation style, organizational structure and the characteristics of public facilities. At the same times, all the factors lead the PPP project to present its own special risks and be different from common ones. Therefore, the research of PPP project’s risk has great practical significance.This paper study the PPP project risk of "Zhen Shan Metro" in Sihui City of Guangdong Province. In this case, Firstly, I will introduce the major theory of the PPP project,and what risks will happen during project implement. All risks on the project will provide necessary theoretical to support and study for PPP risk thesis. Secondly, based on the content of the "Zhen Shan Metro" PPP projects, I will analyse main probable risk of the project,and discover the rules and characteristics,meanwhile giving some tentative suggestions to deal with the project risk in this caes. Finally, the research contents of this paper will be summary and outlook for similar PPP project.I hope that the research results have a useful reference for the PPP project risk control and management,when PPP project take place on the new urbanization construction of the border region where is the lessdeveloped regions of Guangdong Province.
