With the progress of the science and technology,electronic products are more and more used on vehicles.Vehicle-mounted electronics products are playing increasingly important roles in solving the issues of vehicle safety,fuel consumption and emission etc.on vehicles.To meet the increasing product diversification requirements from vehicle OEMs and keep shortening new product development lead time,the R&D and manufacturing approaches of Mass Customization could integrate the superior resource of enterprises and take advantage of scale effects.A company is a German enterprise with more than 100 years'history.A company is focusing and leading in vehicle electronic and lighting business.The government is launching more and more strict veihicl emission criterias and the engine start-stop system could help significantly relieve the unnecessary fuel consumption and exhausting.To meet the increasing market demand,A company sets up the development project of DC/DC stabilizer product,which is the core component of engine start-stop system.A company hopes to have one mass customized DC/DC stabilizer product occupied the market quickly,generate the scale economic effect,and have a better balance between product cost control and product diversity.Different from existing customer-made projects,this mass customized DC/DC stabilizer plantform product development project has different and higher risks on project benefits,product and production line design etc.Therefore,the project management and execution can't carry over the methods of previous customer-made projects and needs to find effective risk analysis and response solutions to avoid project risks and ensure the success of project execution.This thesis firstly uses the WBS-RBS method to build up the project risk matix model based on mass customization mode for the DC/DC stabilizer project.Then,using the project analysis and assessment method based on fuzze theory to analyze and assess the project risk items to get the project risk analysis and assessment matrix.Accordingly,to find the risk response and control measures based on the analysis and assessment results and monitor the measures by the task milestones through project development phases.Finally,to initiate the solutions and process of project risk analysis and response and provide project risk management evidence for impletmenting MC in A company.
