A Study On The Influence Of The Eurasian Economic Union On The Price And Trade Conditions Of Xinjiang

On January 1, 2015,with the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty entered into force,the Eurasian Economic Union opened a prelude to the communication of regional and international economy. It is not only a International organization of regional economic integration with the status of international law,but also a higher level of regional economic integration organization than Russia and Kazakhstan customs union. So far, the five official member countries that have joined it has a close economic relationship with Xinjiang,its establishment and development of must has a huge impact on China(Xinjiang).As the predecessor of Eurasian Economic Union, it has been running for nearly 5 years from 2010,it has caused a substantial impact on Xinjiang’s foreign trade. Other scholars found that since the establishment of the customs union of Russia and Kazakhstan, Xinjiang, the overall NBTT showed a worsening trend. We can predict that after the establishment of EUEA,the process of members of the integration will enable them to have a greater effect on trade transfer,which will lead to a higher obstacle on the development of Xinjiang’s foreign trade and the acquisition of the commodities interests.On September 7,2013, General Secretary Xi initiative to build a "Silk Road Economic Belt" have got positive responses from China and other countries along the Silk Road.On March 28, 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commerce jointly issued "the vision and action to promote and build the Silk Road economic belt and the 21 st century maritime Silk Road " put the "Silk Road economic belt" into a more substantive phase, which is set Xinjiang as Silk Road economic belt "core area", given Xinjiang more opportunity in the west opening up of role-playing and interests acquired.In may 2015, "joint statement" determined concrete measures of Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union docking project,has put it setting up free trade zone and Industrial Park claims to a strategic level,and we can ensure that the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union docking project will be imperative. Now that Russia and Kazakhstan customs union has a bad impact on Xinjiang’s NBTT,how to optimize Xinjiang’s NBTT and obtain more foreign trade interests,is a problem worthy of study.In order to have a deeper study of this problem,in second chapter,this articlewill analyze EAEU’S background, current situation and future development.The third chapter will calculate the changing trend of NBTT of the various kinds of commodities under SITC. The fourth chapter will use principal component analysis method to select several important influencing factors,use ELS to estimate the influencing degree of each variable and make a deeper analysis combined with the actual situation. In the end,based on the impact on Xinjiang’s foreign trade and trade conditions because of the development of EAEU,this article will put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing the trade conditions in Xinjiang.
