Quantitative assessment of work safety standardization performance was lacked in the running of small and medium-sized enterprises work safety standardization, thus the work safety standardization performance was fuzzy, and enterprise executives were not enthusiastic in construction work of work safety standardization, which leaded to the low level of work safety standardization. For that reason, the KPI system, assessment model, monitor-diagnosisassessment-improvement method of medium-sized enterprises work safety standardization performance were mainly studied in this paper, the method was applied to practical research at the same time, the results show that:(1) According to the domestic-international literature research and actual survey, the basic system of work safety standardization performance indicators of small and medium-sized enterprises with 6 first grade indicators and 45 second grade indicators was determined. The SMART-AHP method was used to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of leading indicators of the basic system, which formed 6 first grade indicators and34 second grade indicators of small and medium enterprises work safety standardization KPI system;(2) AMOS17.0 software was used to establish the measurement model, and the preliminary validation factor analysis was used to fitting the measurement model, further screening of the indicators was carried out, which finally determined 6 first grade indicators and 34 second grade indicators of small and medium-sized enterprises work safety standardization performance assessment model;(3) The structural equation model method was used to build structural model, through the analysis of first order confirmatory factor to further determine the suitable structural model,which formed the ultimately structural model of 7 paths influence relationship between each first grade indicator, among them, the influence coefficient of safety management → safety environment, safety management→safety facilities, safety environment→safety awareness,safety management→safety behavior, safety awareness→safety behavior, safety behavior→safety accident, safety facilities→safety accident is 0.93, 0.88, 0.84, 0.48, 0.41, 0.38, 0.12;(4) Through the analysis of second order confirmatory factor to study the relationshipbetween small and medium-sized enterprises work safety standardization performance with first grade indicators and second grade indicators, which determined path coefficient among each factor of small and medium-sized enterprises work safety standardization performance assessment model, among them, the influence coefficient of safety facilities → safety performance, safety awareness → safety performance, safety environment → safety performance, safety behavior→safety performance, safety management→safety performance,safety accident→safety performance is 0.94, 0.93, 0.87, 0.84, 0.83, 0.46;(5) The promotion method research of small and medium-sized enterprises work safety standardization performance was conducted in monitor-diagnosis- assessment-improvement 4aspects, which formed the monitor standard and the specific diagnosis method of each second grade indicator, the calculation formula of safety performance assessment value(P) was determined and the specific improvement measure of each second grade indicator was put forward;(6) By using the performance model and improvement method to carry out practical application research of a Guangdong storage and transportation Co. Ltd., before and after application of this method, the company’s diagnostic performance score was 65.72 and 87.23,the company’s work safety standardization performance was increased by 32.73%. |
