Research On Safety Performance Evaluation In Construction Enterprises

Since twenty-first century,the proportion of China's construction industry added value to GDP has steadily increased,and by 2015 it was close to 7%.Under the trend and background of rapid development of construction industry in China,the important principle of ensuring safety in production is facing severe challenges.Therefore,how to improve the production safety management level of construction enterprises has become one of the current hot research areas.Among them,the research and evaluation of construction enterprise safety performance method has important theoretical and engineering value.This paper studies the safety performance evaluation of construction enterprises from two aspects of process and result.The main research work is as follows:(1)According to the relevant literature and theory,and the introduction of European quality performance excellence model is introduced into the research field of safety performance,safety performance through EFQM model reconstruction,the establishment of security performance index system from the angle of combining process and results.The index system contains a total of 44 basic evaluation indicators,including six research dimensions.The questionnaire was designed according to the index system,and the data was collected.The reliability and validity of the data were tested by factor analysis,and the index system was revised according to the result of the test.(2)Using SPSS and AMOS software to process data,using structural equation model and factor analysis method to establish the hypothesis of safety performance,and to test and revise,and get the final model of safety performance impact relationship.The index weight is determined by factor load,and the division standard of performance evaluation grade is determined.(3)The set to assess the safety performance of a construction enterprise analysis,the results of the safety performance of construction enterprises,and the analysis of coordination and coordination,according to the evaluation results,to improve enterprises put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of safety culture and enterprise safety performance.In the process of safety performance and safety performance results of the combination of research to solve the safety performance of construction enterprises by focusing too much on the accident rate,thousand casualties rate and other indicators to assess the results of enterprise safety performance problems.And the enterprise performance management model is introduced into the model of safety performance,based on the set pair analysis method can effectively reflect the safety performance influencing factors of uncertainty,thus providing a positive role for the improvement of safety performance management of construction enterprises in china.
