Research On Quality Management Of XX Aerospace Engineering

Aerospace science and technology industry has made brilliant achievements in the development of past fifty-years, within which quality management has played a central role protecting a fast and good developme nt of space models. The construction of the new system of Aerospace science and technology industry puts forward new higher requirements to the quality management level, which needs to carry on problem analysis and improvement research to the model quality management.In this paper, the theory of quality management, project management, project quality management is studied, and the development trend of project quality management mode is analyzed. The development model of space model and the management model of model quality is summarized and refined, and the problems existing in the prophase model quality management are analyzed. Taking the developing of XX as an example, we have proposed the i mprovement direction of XX quality management, and teased quality management control requirements taking product realization process as the main line. We have also raised process quality management working items and focus points such as identification of user requirements, product design, production trial, product verification, product delivery and out of factory, product flight test which provides effective guidance to the work of model developing.At present, the aerospace industry is faced with new situations of many models, rapid development and normalized high den sity launches, the work of model quality management needs to look for new ideas to explore new origins of force and to explore ways and means of transformation. Through summarizing the experience and problems of quality control of XX model, developing direction of quality management should be put forward to meet the new requirements of aerospace model research and development.
