A Study On Construction And Implement Of Quality Management System For Aerospace Enterprise

This thesis based on quality assurance of Aerospace Enterprise that product military products for research object , from national army GJB9001A—2001 standard,Aerospace Enterprise current quality system,quality problem zero management,quality management technology application,quality system improvement and other aspects for system research。At first,this thesis described the characteristic of Aerospace Enterprise and the existing problems。And then expounded on the important principles of quality management and the produce,established principles,method and emphases of the national army GJB9001A—2001 standard。Through the implementation of national army GJB9001A—2001 standard,make the quality management work procedures,standardization,documents,and establish a efficient running quality management system。Furthermore,this thesis described a number of important principles that Aerospace Enterprise used for strength quality management,and take B enterprise institute as a typical enterprise for empirical analysis,introduce the quality management system of B enterprise institute。And then discussed some important quality management regulations that playing a important role in this enterprise institute:zero management of quality problems,parts quality management regulation and software configuration management requirement,etc。Then described the application of quality management technology,the main point of the implementation of quality management principles and the improved methods of quality management assessment。Finally, we get a summary of the paper and note further improvement of the quality management system for the B enterprise institute, which we can get clear direction to improve the quality management system, so as to effectively enhance the level of quality management system.
