| Procurement is a vital link in construction supply chain management. It will directly affect the coordination of the entire construction supply chain and total construction cost of the project. Establishing a scientific and rational coordination mechanism is the key to coordinate the operations of construction supply chain. With the research expansion of the boundary of financial derivatives, the use of financial derivatives to coordinate the supply chain is widely used in general manufacturing. As a flexible financial derivative, options contract has lower procurement cost, strong adaptability and benefit coordination ability. Thus, it is increasingly advocated by scholars and then gradually applied to supply chain coordination.According to the characteristics of construction supply chain, this thesis combines the theory of options contract and traditional wholesale price contract and applies them in construction supply chain procurement by taking the study method of literature analysis, model building and example verification, etc. By establishing a procurement contract portfolio model, this thesis tries to make a useful research supplement to the application of supply chain contract in construction industry.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Design a procurement model based on the portfolio of options contract and wholesale price contract. Firstly, by analyzing the centralized and decentralized decision-making construction supply chain wholesale procurement model respectively, this thesis applies options contract parameters in traditional wholesale price contract model and establishes a procurement contract portfolio model. Through this model, we can analyze the decision-making behaviors of related enterprises in construction supply chain procurement activities and motivate supply chain members to collaborate by setting contract parameters. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the coordination of the model and the result shows the model can realize the supply chain coordination by adjusting contract parameters. Finally, this thesis takes residential construction project procurement as an example to further verify the effectiveness of the model.(2) Design a dual-source procurement model based on the portfolio of options contract and wholesale price contract in the supply unreliable environment. Supplies of construction materials usually are in large quantities and quite complex. So, construction materials supplier will inevitably make mistakes. Firstly, assuming that in the environment of the supply is not reliable, in order to reduce the unreliable risks of a single supplier and avoid out of stock losses, enterprises should require contractors adopt dual-source procurement strategy. Therefore, establish a dual-source procurement model based on portfolio contract. Secondly, in order to analyzes the effectiveness of the model without a secure supply environment, this thesis comparative analysis of two commonly used dual-source procurement model respectively. The comparative analysis shows that the model can better coordinate the supply chain by adjusting contact parameters. Finally, this thesis takes residential construction project procurement as an example to further verify the effectiveness of the model. |
