Research On Procurement Coordination Of Construction Supply Chain Based On Repurchase Contract And Option Contract

As the pillar of economy,construction industry is facing the problem of low overall management level and low profit rate in the industry.Faced with the plight of the construction industry and the urgent need for management and technological transformation,many scholars put forward the idea of supply chain management into the construction industry to improve the overall efficiency.As the highest cost activity in construction projects,procurement is a crucial link in the management of construction supply chain.However,the practice of construction supply chain management has little research on the procurement activities between contractors and suppliers.And under the traditional construction procurement mode,the conflict of interests between contractors and suppliers makes the supply chain unable to coordinate,damaging the overall benefit of the supply chain,and can not establish partnership.Based on the above background and problems,the paper adopts the method of literature analysis,mathematical model construction and case verification.This paper studies how to solve the conflict of interests between contractors and suppliers through coordination mechanism,so as to enable supply chain to achieve coordination,and promote partnership and risk sharing between contractors and suppliers.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,under the study of procurement and supply chain contract theory construction supply,summarizes the problems of supply chain management in construction,and the supply chain buyback contract and option contract in supply chain procurement management of construction in application are analyzed,pointed out the rationality and validity of the application.Secondly,under the preference of contractor's risk neutral and loss aversion,a purchase coordination model of the two order supply chain repurchase contract is constructed.Through the model analysis and case analysis,proved that the contractor risk neutral preference,contract coordination model can make the repurchase of construction supply chain to achieve the coordination of the contractor;risk aversion behavior preference,can simultaneously improve the contractor and supplier's expected profit.It shows that the contract model can solve the conflict of interests between contractors and suppliers,so as to promote the two sides to actively establish partnerships and promote the practice of building supply chain management.Finally,under the environment of supply instability,a dual source combination procurement coordination model based on repurchase contract and option contract is constructed.Because the construction project procurement environment is complex,affected by many factors and the material quantity,variety,assuming no stable supply environment,the contractor in order to ensure the stable supply of materials,to avoid delays and losses by two contractors while the supply procurement strategy based on combined contract coordination model.Through the analysis of the model,results show that the contractor can achieve the stable supply of materials,and can make the supply chain coordinated state,can improve the overall supply chain and the contractor and supplier's expected profit at the same time,between the implementation of the contractor and the supplier risk sharing,benefit sharing,so as to promote the establishment of partnership.
