The Study, Based On Options, Technological Innovation, The Theory Of Supply Chain Contract Model

Supply chain contract achieves the coordination of buyers and sellers and optimizes the relevant provisions of supply chain performance. The development of the supply chain contract and its influence on the coordination of supply chain has become a very important research aspect in the supply chain's management.On the basis of former research fruit, the paper further studies the supply chain contract under the assumption of two-pole supply chain composed by single supplier and single retailer. Chapter I, research background, gist and the development of present research are introduced, then research intents and contents are indicated. Chapter II, under the basic assumptions that inosculate to the actual situation, basic content of the newsvendor model is introduced, then, on the basis of game theory, a variety of integration of supply chain contract are studied, then the optimize quantity and parameters which can achieve the maximal return of the whole supply chain are found. Chapter III, with the option theory, revenue-sharing contract is re-studied and the theory which is found is different from the previous chapter. Chapter IV, under the option theory and the technology innovation, the design of supply chain's mechanism is studied. Chapter V, the coordination of wholesale-price and revenue-sharing contract are studied without consideration of the loss of commodity shortage and the rudimental value of single commodity, then, the problem above is re-studied by adding the condition of technology innovation, the result indicates that technology innovation has more advantages to the whole supply chain. Chapter VI, innovation and further studies of the thesis are discussed.
