In 2016, the state will put "Five-thirteenth year plan " national tourism development planning into the national “Five-thirteenth year plan” key special planning.This is the first time in the history of China’s tourism industry.It can be predicted that the tourism industry will meet an important period of development. Although the development situation is good, under the background,China’s tourism industry Corporation companies still have many problems, such as low efficiency, poor market performance and so on. This article is under this background and based on factor analysis methods. It constructs the tourism industry listing Corporation market performance analysis framework which contains ten main indicators. It attempts to use the 2012-2014 tourism industry of our country listed company data to analyze the present situation of the market performance of China’s tourism industry listing Corporation, the reason that causes this situation and the ways to improve the enterprises in the market performance and even the ways to enhance the performance of the tourism industry.This article gives full consideration to the tourism industry of listed company’s profit ability, debt paying ability, operating ability and growth ability, and it is based on the characteristics of the industry to analyze.First of all, according to the three years data of the listed companies, it uses the factor analysis method to do empirical research on the market performance.what’s more, according to the analysis results, it ranks all kinds of market performance of sample enterprises.Secondly, based on the results of empirical research, it analyzes the tourism industry market listing Corporation from the type, region, year, factor of the market performance.After that, by the empirical analysis of 16 sample enterprises data, we find that type 1 tourism industry listing Corporation has higher market performance, and plays a leading role in the whole tourism industry. Type 2 tourism industry listing Corporation can achieve the standard of the type 1 tourism industry listing Corporation by supporting 1 capability,and that is to say being in the high market performance status. Type 3 tourism industry listing Corporation can greatly improve their level of market performance by targeted supporting 1 to 2 capabilities pertinently. On this basis, listing Corporation and the government can formulate pertinent policy suggestions to improve the listing Corporation and the whole tourism industry performance.At the same time, they can provide reference for investors’ investment decisions.
