Evaluation On Influencing Factors Of Integrated Development Of Tea Tourism Industry In Nyingchi City

The integration of tea tourism industry is a new comprehensive industry produced by the combination of tea industry and tourism industry,which can help the integration of rural industries and play an important role in helping farmers with tea.With the victory of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the directive of "No.1 Central Document" in 2023 to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,speed up the construction of an agricultural and rural power and the important directive of Tibet work of "Strengthening ethnic unity,building a beautiful Tibet" have been highly concerned by the Tibet Autonomous Region government and Nyingchi Municipal government,and the integration of tea tourism industry has welcomed new opportunities for development.In order to make agricultural and rural farmers in Nyingchi enjoy the fruits of economic and industrial development,it is necessary to give priority to the integration of tea tourism industry,so as to narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas and achieve social stability,ethnic unity and economic growth in Nyingchi.In view of this,this analysis takes the factors influencing the integrated development of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi City as the main analysis content.On the basis of the review of relevant domestic and foreign literature,it draws lessons from the cases of the integrated development of tea tourism industry in domestic and foreign countries,such as Ya ’an in Sichuan province,Pu ’er in Yunnan Province,Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province,Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province and Shizuoka in Japan.After that,it analyzes the development basis of Nyingchi,tea industry,tourism industry and the current situation of the integration of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi.Thirdly,field investigation,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were adopted to construct the evaluation system of influencing factors for the integrated development of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi City.The influencing factors were calculated through data and analyzed according to the calculation results,so as to obtain the evaluation results.Finally,suggestions on influencing factors of tea tourism industry integration were put forward to improve the level of tea tourism industry integration development in Nyingchi City.Through analysis and research,this paper draws the following conclusions: First,based on advanced experience cases of tea tourism industry integration at home and abroad,it draws the conclusion that the development of influencing factors of tea tourism industry integration in Nyingchi City needs to draw lessons from the advanced experience of reasonable planning,building characteristic brands,and paying attention to ecological environmental protection in the development process.Secondly,through the analysis of the development status,the development basis of Nyingchi City has natural location,transportation location,Guangdong’s aid to Tibet and policy advantages.The tea industry and tourism industry develop rapidly.The tea tourism industry integrates with the resource advantages and development opportunities,and combines with the resources and influence of scenic facilities,sales channels and network e-commerce.Construction of tea tourism industry integration projects in each major tea producing area of Nyingchi City.Thirdly,by constructing the evaluation system of influencing factors for the integrated development of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi City,the weight of economic factors is 0.1270 and the weight of service factors is0.0635 after analyzing the data,which are the weak links in influencing factors for the integrated development of tea tourism industry in Nyingchi City.Specifically,it includes the satisfaction of experiential tourists with a weight of 0.1476,the basic ability and quality of employees with a weight of 0.0952,and the proportion of accommodation in the total income of projects with a weight of 0.0476.Fourthly,through evaluation and analysis,according to the principle of maximum membership degree,the development value of influencing factors of tea tourism industry integration in Nyingchi City is determined to be 0.494,which is in the growth stage.The fifth is to put forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the development of influencing factors of tea tourism industry integration in Nyingchi City: taking into account economic and ecological sustainable development,relying on network technology to empower and build brands,improving services and cultivating quality projects,strengthening talent reserve and team construction,strengthening top-level design,promoting the development of cultural and creative industry chain and other related suggestions and strategies.
