Study On Development Strategies Of Biomass Energy In Qingdao

The sustainable development of the society and economy can’t lost the energy production and consumption. With the optimization of the international energy structure, the improvement of energy efficiency and the development of energy technology, China’s energy structure is facing new challenge. Since Shandong peninsula blue economic zone became the state’s strategic planning in 2011, Qingdao has been the leading city of blue economic zone construction. Qingdao is social economic developed area and one of new first-tier cities,whose urban comprehensive competitiveness ranks to the front domestically.Meanwhile, Qingdao is also the excellent tourism city of the energy input, whose energy has high degree of external dependence. However, the confliction of economy development and energy is growing obviously in Qingdao, which makes it difficult to ensure its energy security.Qingdao is in an economic and social transition period, and the supply of its energy significantly affects the coordinated growth of economy, energy and environment in the future.Compared with any energy,biomass energy is resource-rich, renewable,low-pollution.The the development of biomass energy becomes a solution to these matters.Study on Qingdao’s development strategies and safeguards of biomass energy is the main subject of this thesis. First of all, this thesis introduces the connotation of the biomass energy and summarizes the significance to develop and foreign experiences in development.Then, this thesis makes a detailed description by policy document, relevant literature and the public official website information for resources overview and the current development of biomass in Qingdao, and further analyzes existential issues of biomass energy by PEST structure. Then, based on SWOT analysis, the growth-oriented strategy is proposed to improve the implementation of biomass energy in Qingdao. Finally, development strategies of biomass energy in Qingdao are proposed on the basis of the preceding chapters. Especially the following measures are contained: doing well the technology assessment and making the development program of biomass energy; improving laws and regulations and strengthening supporting policies; quickening research and development for new technologies of biomass energy, training men for profession; perfecting the standard of biomass energy industry,increasing the support strength; strengthening advocation and optimizing energy structure.This thesis proposes S-O development strategy of biomass energy in Qingdao by SWOT.Meanwhile, this thesis puts forward safeguards to make the strategy implement smoothly in practice.
