| With the growing size of the financial industry, financial activities and financial institutions gather in many cities. The financial industry agglomeration can optimize the allocation of resources, but the overall layout of China’s financial resources and development of China’s financial industry has a lot of problems to be solved. Such as financial resources are distributed unevenly and some cities plunder peripheral resources resulting in "financial black hole", when financial industry agglomeration. How does China’s financial industry agglomeration form? How do the Spillover effects of the financial industry agglomeration act? These issues have practical significance to solve the problems of China’s financial industry.Aiming at Present Situation of China’s financial industry, the paper raises the meaning and purpose of the research. With current research on financial agglomeration, a theoretical framework of the paper is made up. Based on this, firstly paper uses factor analysis and cluster analysis to research the degree of Chinese financial aggregation. The result shows the east has a large financial scale, but not as good as the financial viability in the west. Secondly, using spatial autocorrelation test, spatial econometric models, hierarchical linear model, the paper proves that financial industry agglomeration have a positive spillover effect on regional economic development and industrial development. But the scope of radiation bounded, what’s more the uneven distribution of financial industry will be restricted industry development. Thirdly, paper compares the regional differences in the financial industry agglomeration itself, spillover effects on the regional economy and spillover effects on industrial development to have a full range analysis of regional development differences in financial agglomeration. Lastly, paper raises some policy recommendations to promote the development of financial industry agglomeration. |
