Research On The Supplier Selection And Order Allocation Of GJ Company

In the modern supply chain management, purchasing and supplier management as the key link in the supply chain plays an important role on the enterprise competitiveness. GJ company is a manufacturer of gear transmission equipment manufacturing company, and its supplier management is not detailed enough. GJ company should improve its competitiveness by optimizing the supplier selection and order allocation.According to the GJ company supplier selection and order allocation problems, the index system of GJ company supplier selection and evaluation was constructed through consulting. The supplier selection of GJ company is studied by AHP and gray correlation method, GJ company’s multi-supplier purchase order allocation is studied by multi-objective stochastic programming model.The researching not only give the solution for the problems of GJ Company’s supplier management, but also provide some basis for decision making GJ’s supplier management:(1)This paper have constructed the index system of the supplier selection and order allocation of GJ company, and have calculated the weight of each index by AHP, and have calculated the weight of each supplier by AHP and gray correlation method, got the supplier rankings.(2) A multi-objective mathematical stochastic programming model in the order allocation for GJ company is presented, using software to solve, order allocation results obtained for multi-suppliers.
