At present,the demand for electronic products is large,the market for electronic products has continued to grow.Electronic manufacturing enterprises have played a huge role in promoting China's economic construction.Since the production characteristics of electronic products,electronic manufacturing enterprises formed a complex supplier network and the electronic manufacturing enterprise lacks scientific systems approach in the supplier selection.Electronic manufacturing enterprises can scientifically select green suppliers that meet the requirements of enterprises and allocate orders among selected suppliers rationally to reduce the losses caused by product quality,out of stock,and increase the core of enterprises competitiveness.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the selection of green suppliers and order allocation in electronic manufacturing enterprises to improve the efficiency and the quality of service of enterprises.This paper reviews the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the selection of green suppliers and the allocation of orders.On this basis,it summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of green supplier selection and order allocation,and focuses on two issues:how to choose the green suppliers of electronic manufacturing enterprises and how to allocate orders reasonably between candidate suppliers.Firstly,constructed the index system of green supplier selection for electronic manufacturing enterprises.Then,the research framework of green supplier selection based on the IF-AHP-QFD is given.From departments which participated in green suppliers selection,taking full account of the needs of each department.According to the specific steps of IF-AHP-QFD,calculate the weight of each relevant interest department,the weight of the demand of relevant interest departments,the weight of the index of green suppliers selection,then get the weight of the candidate suppliers,and rank the candidate suppliers.According to actual condition,use analytic hierarchy process,intuitionistic fuzzy number and uncertain multi-attribute weight decision-making method to calculate the weight.On this basis,the calculation process and feasibility of the above method are described empirically.Secondly,a multi-objective mathematical programming model is established to rationally allocate orders for green suppliers of electronic manufacturing enterprises.Use the procurement cost,delivery delay rate,defective rate and comprehensive service level as four goals.Use the demand for electronic manufacturing enterprises,the maximum supply capacity of green suppliers,lead times,the amount of harmful chemicals used,the price discount and the only discount interval as six constraints,established a multi-objective mathematical programming model.On the basis of the results of green supplier selection,considering that in practice,many parameters are ambiguous,the fuzzy multi-objective mathematical programming model of supplier order allocation is established,and the related theories of fuzzy mathematics and membership function are given.Use the maximum satisfaction method to solve the fuzzy multi-objective mathematical programming model.Finally,an example analysis is given to verify the feasibility of the model.
