| With the improving infrastructure of rural transportation and gradual elongation of public service, the rural road passenger transportation has developed rapidly. In order to meet the growing needs of rural passengers to travel, and to expand the coverage of public services, the government accelerated the development of town-village transit. In this paper, passenger fares and its modes of town-village transit are selected as the research objects, quantitative study to construct a mathematic model, propose an appropriate passenger fare mode and pricing model of town-village transit.Firstly, this paper analyzed the development status and actual performance characteristics of town-village transit. Summarize the characteristics of town-village transit’s operation. On this basis, expound specially the development and the problem of the passenger fares and its modes of town-village transit.Secondly, describe the concept and classification of the vote, sum up the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of the vote mode. Analysis the factors of the vote mode of town-village transit from company, society and passengers. Build the indicator system combined with mode selection purposes of town-village transit vote modes and the factors. Construction the selection model of town-village transit vote mode, applied to the current development of town-village transit.Thirdly, use system dynamics theory and methods combined the factors. Determine the causal relationship between each structure and variable in town-village pricing model. Construct the basic freight road passenger causal relationship diagrams and flow diagrams and determine model equations. In the end, establish complete town-village pricing model. Finally, use of special tool vensim system dynamics simulation software to the town-village transit in Liyang, Jiangsu province, the development of passenger transport as an example, identify the future annual fare levels and changes in relevant factors annually. To some extent, provide more targeted and reasonable theory suggests and practical demonstration for town-village transit pricing policy. |
