Research On The Main Developed Countries Energy Usage Impact On The Ecological Civilization And Its Enlightenments To China

Energy is the foundation of economy and social, in the process of development and utilization, energy is provide the material wealth for human survival and development,what’s more, the energy revolution promotes the progress of human civilization, but also bring the air pollution, ecological destruction, climate change and a series of serious environmental problems, which threat the sustainable development of our economy and society directly. Our country is still in the phase of industrialization,coal is the biggest proportion of energy utilization structure. The fact means that the structure is badly to people’s life quality. At the background, the report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes vigorously promoting the development of an ecological civilization and enhancing the protection of natural ecosystem, so that we can huge a beautiful China with blue sky, green land and clear water. Developed countries had finished industrialization, their ecological environmental quality are very high. At the background, we must go global strategy and learn something form developed countries’ experience about high energy usage efficiency companied by good ecological civilization,in order to facilitate our country’s conservation culture.In this paper, China, French, Japan and South Korea are selected as research object to study ecological civilization construction level. The energy density stands for energy utilization. The lever of ecological civilization is representative by ecological civilization index. The index gets from a list of ecological civilization quotas combined with weight is calculated after data standardization method. This paper selects 44 years data form 1970 to2013 as sample. Results show that ecological civilization standard of French, Japan, South Korea and China are on the rise; the average growth rate per annum are 1.3%, 1.6%, 2.5%and 2%. However, different country’s ecological civilization standards differ a lot: French and Japan are at a high lever, China is on the opposite side and South Korea’s degree is rising. What’s more, ecological civilization lever of French, Japan and South Korea is 2.4, 1.5 and 1.4as high as China’s.SPSS is used to analyze the correlation between energy consumption structure, energy consumption per unit area and ecological civilization lever. At the same time, Eviews6.0 is used to analyze unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. The research achievement shows that fossil fuel ratio and ecological civilization construction level are negative correlated, and energy usage and ecological civilization lever are positively correlated and the correlation is significant. National energy utilization and the ecological civilization construction level have long-term stable equilibrium relationship, and energy usage was the forerunner of ecological civilization construction. Energy consumption promotes the construction of conservation culture, in other words, the progress of ecological civilization is based on energy consumption; Countries in the middle stage of development, the energy plays a dominant role in the construction of ecological civilization.
