As part of the national real estate market,Jiangxi real estate market is not only the national real estate market,but also the local characteristics of the personality,Jiangxi real estate market is also from small to large in generality,It Has made important contributions to the reform of the urban landscape,the improvement of people’s living and the rapid growth of the economy.Jiangxi real estate started late,the initial investment is small in Personality,this paper regard the development of real estate market in eleven cities of Jiangxi Province as the research object,based on the statistical yearbook of Jiangxi province and the data of the three economic census.Analyze the characteristics of real estate development in Jiangxi province,According to the development of the real estate market mature market,market size,supply and demand,market structure,the scale of credit index,the SPSS23.0 cluster analysis was carried out,divide the real estate market into four types of development zones,namely,Nanchang、Ganzhou、Xinyu each class and the rest of the city for a class.Through principal component analysis,draws a conclusion that the regional real estate market development difference is mainly affected by population、macro economy 、 urban infrastructure level 、 the level of consumption.Finally,according to the analysis result,Some suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of the regional real estate market in Jiangxi province,The local government should adapt to the regional economy in the macro regulation and control;Develop the real estate industry development policy in line with the regional economic level;enhance the attractiveness of the four types of development zones to the transfer of population;Strengthen municipal infrastructure and improve the construction of public service facilities to the third types of development.The research in this paper provides a reference for the implementation of differentiated macro control in Jiangxi province.
