The food and clothing are not the main problem between GD, HK and Macau. The people are most concerned to solve the housing problem, because most of reasons cause the GD population growth and the land resource is finite. We statistical estimate the real estate development level between three areas.Using the principle component analysis and cluster analysis divide HK, Macau and GD totally 23 cities into several groups, combine two analysis ways and the real case, we select a suitable result. Then analyze the real estate investment and economic situation in the divided groups, estimate required time for laggard areas develop to same level with the advanced areas. Lastly, analyze the cause of the difference and suggest some solution to reduce the difference between the areas. |
