A Research On Inventory Optimization Of Automobile Enterprises’ Spare Parts Based On Supply Chain

In today’s economic environment, the supply chain management concept is widely used, and the supply chain inventory management has become one of the important part of enterprise management, The inventory costs management of supply chain has accounted for twenty percent to fourty percent of the cost, The inventory cost is the effective way to reduce the cost of enterprise, It has a lot of researches on inventory management of current supply chain, but not detail. These researches defined the demand only as a simply trend,without considering the actual demand.About the suppliers,it had not considered the number of suppliers, it considered only one to one mode. These researches simply considered the two layer relationship between upstream and downstream of the supply chain level, without considering the multi level, and the inventory management of the auto parts is complicater than the vehicle’s,it involving tens of thousands parts, so, there are many problems to be solved for the inventory management of companies of auto parts,It has a great significance for controling the total cost of enterprise.toPut forward a set of effective methods to management and improve the inventory of spare parts.This paper describes the logistics management theory of automobile enterprise of the supply chain first.Including the supply chain management theory and the inventory management theory.Then the status of inventory management of automobile enterprises is described.This paper found out problems, improved model is established in the several key problems.This model put the core automobile enterprises as the center, with the upstream manufacturers of parts and the suppliers for producting parts on a three layer of the supply chain. About the stratification of the supply chain, this paper considered this situation that at home and at abroad, It is a part of imported parts. This paper optimized the cost of each level,considering the shortage cost, loss cost, inventory holding cost and purchasing cost.Determined a quantity on each level, and there are relationship between quantities,setting limits and found the minimum value.For the demand this paper has used the fuzzy random variables, In the solution method first to predict the demand, then according to the constraint to determine the solution space, using LINGO to find the optimal solution.Finally, an example is given.Found out the problems within inventory management of the enterprise,established models to derive the optimal solution, and analysed the sensitivity,and puts forward the counter measures and suggestions for the inventory management of enterprise.It provides helpful suggestions,and has practical significance in the spare parts inventory management of the enterprises of the same industry.
