Research On Regional Differences And Its Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Producer Services In China

The development of agricultural producer service industry plays an important role in improving the overall coordination of the agricultural industry chain, reduce the cost of agricultural production, improve the production efficiency and operating efficiency of agriculture etc. But as a result of the existence of heterogeneity between Chinese regions, agricultural producer services development,making more and more important role in the development of agricultural economy,are significant regional differences. Therefore, it has an important significance to clarify the difference degree and the developmentally trends, reveal the main factors influencing the regional differences of agricultural production service industry development in China, propose suggestions in view of the present situation of the regional agricultural production service industry countermeasures for the realization of Chinese agricultural healthy and stable development of service industry. Through measuring the difference degree and trend of regional agricultural producer services development in 2003-2014 and finding influence factors of the empirical analysis the development of Chinese regional agricultural producer services differences, this paper reveals the inner of Chinese regional agricultural producer services development difference reasons, in order to narrowing the difference of regional agricultural producer services development, promoting the healthy development of Chinese agricultural productive services provide empirical basis and policy Suggestions. The main contents include:(1)To define the relevant concepts of agricultural producer services, carding related theory of the agricultural production service industry of the regional developmental differences;(2)To analysis the input, output and industry structure status quo and characteristics system from the national, provincial, district three aspects of agricultural production service industry;(3)To measure and analyze the development level of agricultural production service industry difference by Using the GINI index coefficient, Theil index, variation coefficient, Theil index measures and discusses the overall development, regional three regional and regional agricultural production service industry, the trend of regional difference of agricultural production service industry was analyzed by using the convergence model;(4)Based on the model of agricultural production in 31 provinces of China in 2003-2014, analysis on the factors influencing the development of service industry of all China and three regions Empirical;(5)based on the theoretical analysis and empirical results, the policy recommendations are put forward for the whole country and the three regions.By the analysis of all paper, the conclusions are:(1)From the perspective of inter provincial differences in the development of agricultural production services among provinces is significant, but the difference decreased year by year;(2)From the overall three regions, significant differences, the main source of the difference of regional differences, but the difference is reduced the situation;(3)From within the three regions, the development of agricultural production service industry in the eastern region difference is always greater than the central and western regions, but there are differences between provinces within the three regions gradually narrowing trend;(4) The causes of the development of regional agricultural production service industry difference is diverse, factors but the effect of restricting the development of agricultural production service industry in different regions. From the national perspective, the regional economic development level, the government support, infrastructure construction, technological innovation capacity, transportation capacity is the main influence factors. From the point of view of the eastern region, the government support efforts, technology innovation capacity, transport capacity, the level of economic development has simulative effect, but rural human capital level, infrastructure construction and the level of information to promote the effect is not obvious; From view of the central region, the support of government to degree, economic development level, the construction of infrastructure and transportation capacity have role in promoting; From the point of view of the western region, effects of the level of economic development, infrastructure construction and technological innovation capability also has role in promoting. The study also found that the level of rural human capital, technological innovation ability, the level of information and inhibit development of agricultural production services in central and Western regions.Based on the research conclusion above, this thesis proposes the following recommendations:(1)From the view of the whole country, the main ways promote the development of agricultural production services include speeding up infrastructure construction, promote new urbanization, strengthen policy guidance and financial support to strengthen the ability of technological innovation, etc.;(2)From the view of the Eastern region, the main way of developing the development of agricultural production the service includes government regulation function, improve the technology innovation ability, training in transportation;(3)From the view of the central region, we should optimize the policy support, strengthen infrastructure construction, optimize the urban and rural distribution system driven approach to agricultural production services development;(4)From the view of the west region, we should pay close attention to the regional development the advantages, improve infrastructure, promote industrial layout, improve the ability of independent innovation, strengthen the talent introduction of flooding The dynamic development of agricultural production services.
