Efforts to fight corruption in our country since the eighteenth big unprecedented increase, the direction of the anti-corruption also gradually from the government official corruption corruption to executives.After surveying the field in recent years, corruption, as the realization form of public sector of the economy in our country is mainly state-owned enterprises become corrupt areas, caused serious economic, political and social consequences.Based on industry classification, this paper collected the distribution of state-owned enterprises in the industry more high-level corruption case data of listed companies, the study found that in the transition from planned economy to socialist market economy, the state executive corruption in China is often a senior executive fell down, pull behind a long chain of interests, formed the executives ‘invisible family’ this parasitic family community of interests. These state-owned enterprises between lok ma executives not only has formed a long chain of interests, and they are also associated with political, business and other personnel, this article selects the mining industry and telecommunications as sample, summed up the state executive "invisible family", there exist the following four basic characteristics, corruption(1) "invisible" family involved in the head, most of the chairman and general manager for the enterprise, etc.;(2) from the point of view of industry, monopoly industries have become ‘invisible family ’produce and high incidence;(3) family of "invisible" corruption means diversification, hidden in daily business activities, more difficult to control and discovery.(4) family of "invisible" has the characteristics of "passive" anti-corruption.Corrupt influence the economic development and social stability of our country has become a big hidden trouble. State-owned enterprises, especially the state-owned enterprises is the main form of the public sector of the economy in our country, is the stability and the national economy, national finance income, ensure the security of the national strategic industry and resource important economic power. Therefore, how to reduce the state executive corruption case is particularly important. Based on the monopoly of state-owned enterprises in China on behalf of the oil, for example, in the building of the oil is ‘invisible family’ relationships, the study found that executives‘invisible family’before and after the fall of the whole performance of enterprises, there is no material impact. This means that is not a simple enterprise existence can be seen from the financial performance ‘invisible family’ type of corruption. Therefore, this paper argues that ‘invisible family’ brings to the enterprise is more is recessive negative impact, and the recessive effect is more of a political and social level. However, the hidden effects reversed transmission back to corporate performance.
