Although Chinese society has obtained great progress since the reform and opening uppolicy, the problem of corruption becomes more and more outstanding with the continuouslyincreasing attention of all social members. Corruption is a kind of complex socialphenomenon which is widespread in many fields of society. The work of combatingcorruption and advocating incorruption has achieved remarkable progress with the attentionand promotion of all the levels of administrative departments and leaders, and the supervisionand prevention mechanism is better established and perfected, and the work style of thecadres becomes more rightness. However, it cannot be ignored that presently some negativecorruption phenomenon in state-owned enterprises has not been fundamentally suppressed,especially the violation of the laws of senior managements resulting in the loss of state ownassets and some other serious problems also happened from time to time, which not only hasnegative impact on the reform, development and stability of state-owned enterprise, but alsourgently need to be resolved with fully and completely measures. The author thinks solutionof corruption s is a systematic and long term work of entire society. Establishing an effectiveanti-corruption system requests basic assumptions and principles for appropriate systemdesign, and building a complete set of anti-corruption system from macro to microperspective on this basis, and finally we can develop the practical anti-corruption strategywith Chinese characteristics. This paper includes four parts, the first part is the preface wherethe research background, status and meanings are generally introduced; the second partanalyzes current corruption phenomenon in state-owned enterprises; the third part analyzesthe reasons for the corruption in state-owned enterprises, and carefully analyzes the mainexperience and insufficiency in strengthening anti-corruption education, improving themechanism and supervision, through above methods to enhance the appealing of education,improve the execution of this system, and speed up the implementation of supervision; thefourth part puts forward some governing measures according to above reason analysis. Thelast part is the conclusion, this paper considers only actively carrying out anti-corruptionworks through education, mechanism, and supervision fields, increasing the efforts onanti-corruption from the start then the excessive desires in their own economic interests ofenterprise leaders and staff can be curbed, and a healthy moral atmosphere can be cultivated,and reduce the incidence of corruption effectively.
