Purchasing Cost And Quality Control In Supplier Chain Management

Based on the related theory of supply chain, this article firstly analyzes the importance of purchasing cost and quality control, and then according to A company’s cost and quality control process, points out the current problems, analyzes the solutions, and proposes the prospect of further researches. We find that the cost and quality control should be set in a reasonable region, based on which, achieve the preset goals in cost and quality is the goal of our work.
