With the development of the third-party payment,the smart phones tablets and the popularity of mobile equipment, it mixes together the financial income, social function into a mobile electronic wallet(APP) of the third-party payment. The mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment, as a kind of advanced means of payment and a new way of consumption, has brought great convenience to the users.At the same time, it has also brought the users some risks. These problems have brought many obstacles for the development of the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment. Though the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment is just emerging, the competition is fierce in domestic. The homogeneity of the phenomenon is very serious. Therefore it is very important to do research into the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment, in order to enhance users’ willingness to use it, which can promote the development of the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment.Based on the Summary of the paper which has been researched by many scholars at home and abroad,this study inherits the minds of these scholars related to the research for the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment, and refers to some theories and methods by means of empirical study and normative research method at the same time. According to the theory of technology acceptance model, combined with the perceived risk, diffusion of innovations, and based on the characteristics of the actual research object, we construct usage intention model of the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment, in order to provide some suggestions for the development of the he mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment and more research references for the subsequent scholars in this field.This study conducted a sample survey through combination of sample surveys of electronic questionnaire and paper questionnaires. It had issued a total of 260 copies of questionnaires,but it only recycled 235 copies questionnaires. There were only valid 215 copies of questionnaires after finally eliminating the invalid questionnaires.Based on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, this study apply SPSS20.0 to deal with these data. After factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the empirical model and research hypothesis, we get the conclusions as follows:(1)Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and the compatibility all have a significant impact on the use of the attitude towards the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment, which shows that: the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use and the compatibility all have a significant positive influence on the use of the attitude. The perceived risk have a significant negative influence on the attitude. Among these factors: perceived usefulness has the greatest impact on the attitude, then followed by the perceived risk, the compatibility and the perceived ease of use.(2)The perceived usefulness and the attitude have a remarkable effect on the usage intention. The attitude has the greater impact on the usage intention, then the perceived usefulness follows.(3)The attitude mediates the relationship between perceived usefulness and usage intention.Finally, based on the analysis of the above research, the paper provides some suggestions to improve the willingness to use the mobile electronic wallet of third-party payment, in order to promote the future development.
