In today’s cloud computing aggressive development situation, and at the same time, GZ telecom redouble their efforts for the enter transformation. In this paper, starting from the hands-on work experience, apply what have learned about the business management strategies and marketing aspects of the theory as support, with comprehensive analysis of GZ telecom cloud computing business development direction and marketing strategy.At first, this paper elaborates the knowledge of cloud computing business, and analyses the cloud computing research status at home and abroad; Secondly, through the PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and five forces model comparison to study GZ telecom cloud computing services market and social background, draw its development opportunities and challenges, as well as the advantages and disadvantages. And then according to the STP theory, strategic marketing theory to make analysis of the factors as well as its marketing strategy based on GZ telecom cloud computing services on market segmentation, market selection and market positioning.Through the theoretical analysis, it needs to be applied to practice, hence this article based on cloud computing business GZ telecom current developing situations, we recommend GZ telecommunications market should expand their major development focus on government and business, and to pursue its GZ playing an important telecommunications cloud computing business, namely the Chief cloud and business cloud. Meanw hile, the paper also take 4P theory service marketing theory, focusing on product, channel, price, promotion to make analysis of the proposals for the GZ telecom cloud computing business marketing strategy.Cloud computing as an emerging technology, telecommunications and GZ cloud computing business development is not mature, so there is still a lot of research needs to be improved in terms of the relevant marketing strategies. This article aims to provide GZ telecommunications business transformation some practical recommendations, to help companies enhance competitiveness and achieve long-term development.
