Under the background of the development of cloud computing and the transformation of changzhou telecom, the author tries to research the development strategy of Changzhou Telecom cloud computing business, based on his own practical work experience and the theoretical knowledge of strategic management and marketing.This paper first introduces cloud computing business knowledge, as well as cloud computing development status at home and abroad, and then analyses Changzhou Telecom cloud computing business strategic environment with the tools of PEST, Five-forces and SWOT models. It points out the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the development of Changzhou Telecom cloud computing business. On this basis, the author carries out the factor analysis and strategy design by using of STP theory of strategic marketing which consists of market segmentation, targeting and positioning.From theory to practice, combined with the specific environment for the development of cloud computing business in changzhou, the author suggested that changzhou telecom now focus on the government and the enterprise cloud computing market. It should be committed to building two clouds-government cloud and business cloud,which are part of Smart Changzhou system construction. By using the7ps service marketing theory, I put forward the proposal for changzhou telecom cloud computing business development strategy from seven dimensions of product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical Evidence.However, cloud computing is, after all, still a new thing, Changzhou Telecom cloud computing business has just started while the market strategy has to be studied and improved. The author hopes this study can play a certain role in the recommendations of Changzhou telecom development, in order to help the company to establish and maintain the sustainable competitive advantage in the full-service competition.
