Research On Optimizing Internal Control Over Salary Management In JT Real Estate Company

In recent years, with the strengthening of national macroeconomic regulation and control measures, the situation of real estate enterprise faces a tight funding chain. Liu Mingkang has stressed that the banking financial institutions should consistently implement land reserve loans, loans to developers and the regulation of the personal housing loan requirements, strictly implement the "list" of real estate development enterprise management, and put an end to all kinds of credit funds into the real estate market. First-tier cities implemented strict housing restrictions. The management risk of the real estate enterprises also increases gradually. To prevent capital chain rupture, it should optimize real estate project management and internal control, continuously improve the resistance to risks and competitiveness. This already has become the key of the steady development of real estate enterprise. The core target of this dissertation is the management of JT Real Estate Company. This dissertation makes use of the narrative style to analyze its management in detail. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the illustration of the research of the internal control theory development, in order to find out its weaknesses in management. The second part is the analysis of the basic theoretical research, in order to find out the reasons of the weaknesses. The third part is to build up a more effective management plan, and illustrate specific implementation countermeasures. This paper based on the four dimensions including financial dimension, talent dimension, operations dimension and customer dimension to anatomize the internal control management method, which can play JT effect for the JT company. It’s expected that this paper can play a guiding role for the internal control of the real estate industry.
