With the economic development of Guangzhou,the demand of public transportation soon boost. But at the same time,there are many problem in the city public transportation, including low satisfaction and shortage of bus drivers. EQ company, as the largest enterprise of public transportation in Guangzhou, also face the same problem. One of the reason is that the bus drivers current incentives of EQ company is out of date and more and more bus drivers fell unsatisfied for it.To solve this problem, this paper try to investigate the defect of the current incentives of bus drivers in EQ company by questionnaire investigation and statistical methods. After this, we find that the bus drivers are unsatisfied with the salary, the intensity of work and the sense of belonging. Furthermore, age and educational attainment have different demand for salary, management, employee relations and benefits. This paper suggests ideas for improvements for EQ company, and EQ company take some measures.As the largest enterprise in public transportation, the problems exist in EQ company is typically representative. This paper try to make a research and find some solutions of the incentive factors of bus drivers. moreover, it also try to provide some useful reference for other enterprise, and also want to arouse attention from the whole society about bus drivers.
