Since the reform and opening up,the process of global economy is becoming more and more intense.The private enterprises in our country have developed rapidly and become an important part of the national economy,which plays an important role in China's economy.At present,with the arrival of the era of knowledge and information economy,small and medium-sized enterprises in China are facing more intense market competition in the economic globalization.In the new era,the competition between enterprises has evolved from the original "product competition" and "technical competition" to the competition of talents.The core of the people to create greater value for the enterprise,however,at present,small and medium-sized enterprises to attract talent and motivate talented people are in a weak position,therefore,the urgent need to build and improve enterprise internal human capital incentive mechanism to deal with competition,promoting the development of.As the strategic resource of modern enterprise,human resource is the most important factor in the development of enterprise.To adopt scientific and effective incentive means to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,improve the loyalty of enterprises,so that enterprises in the competition has always been in a favorable position.But in practice,many domestic enterprises to understand the incentive mechanism is not in place and is not comprehensive,current situation of human capital and lack of incentive mechanism,mainly reflected in the compensation mechanism is not reasonable,long-term incentive at the end of attention and family management incentive system has seriously hindered the scientific and systematic,which seriously restricted the enterprises in the production staff enthusiasm and creativity,based on this,this paper combines the theoretical analysis and empirical on the micro enterprise employees incentive mechanism design research.On the basis of human capital,incentive theory,taking YD company as the research object,in the summary of previous researches on the problem of incentive mechanism,the questionnaire design conforms to the actual situation of YD company motivation,current situation of company staff incentive analysis,find out the YD company incentive management problems in the staff,and analyze their causes of these problems,and plan for the existing incentive mechanism of YD company improved,finally,to ensure that the YD company incentive system can be implemented,put forward ideas and corresponding measures.Hope to provide some ideas for the continuous improvement of human capital incentive mechanism in China's small and medium enterprises.
