Research On Financing Efficiency Of Logistics Industry Listed Companies

The logistics industry is a composite industry, which integrates transporting, warehousing, packing, loading, handling, distribution processing by the system point of view, to achieve integrated operation, reduce the costs of logistics, and improve circulation efficiency. The State Council issued "the medium and long-term development of logistics industry planning "(2014-2020) in 2014, clear logistics industry as the basic and strategic industry. Logistics industry developing rapidly, the industry has large capital requirements and long payback period of investment, financing is crucial to the development of logistics industry. It is of great significance to research and evaluate the financing efficiency of logistics industry listed companies.This paper focus on the logistics industry listed companies. First of all, this paper summarizes the literatures of financing, financing efficiency at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant theories, on this basis, researches financing status of logistics industry of listed companies in our country. Study found that the internal financing of the industry is obviously insufficient, the industry prefers external financing and is given priority to with bank loans, many companies choose to financing lease for financing, the financing way and financing structure have greater different among different industry segments and listed companies. Then, this paper analyses the influence factors of logistics industry listed companies’ financing efficiency, on this basis, select the evaluation indexes from the funds integration efficiency, the funds use efficiency and financing risk, to build the financing efficiency evaluation index system of this industry. Empirical research by entropy value method on selected 35 logistics industry listed companies, according to calculated the entropy weight, getting the efficiency of the logistics financing of listed companies’ main influence factors. Finally, this paper analyses the financing efficiency score and rankings of listed companies and industry segments, puts forward the targeted proposal for improving the financing efficiency of logistics industry listed companies in our country.
