Medical device industry is a high technology industry, which integrates multi-disciplineknowledge and intensive capital.It is also a high risk industry because of its direct correlation to health and life. Since entering twenty-first Century, with the development of science and technology and the progress of human health care, medical equipment industry has experienced rapid development in the past 10 years. With the continuous improvement of living standards of the Chinese people, China experienced vigorous development of medical and health undertakings and the rapid expansion of the medical device market, now it has become the important market world’s medical device manufacturers to compete for, it’s market prospect is very broad.At the same time, the medical device industry has its own unique characteristics. Medical equipment has a strict market access system,manufactures need to comply with the relevant requirements of medical device products market access review requirements, and to comply with the strict supervision and management system of medical equipment supervision and management. In addition, the hospital have a very cautious attitudein the choice of medical devices, in most cases, the doctor is more inclined to choose mature products with a long-term clinical examination, rather than to apply technology more advanced new products.In this paper, the domestic market development strategy of E company involved in medical device products is studied, and the characteristics of domestic interventional medical devices market are analyzed. The key factors that affect the implementation of market strategy for medical devices in China are analyzed. On this basis, the methods of literature research, experience summary method and case study are used toanalyze the existing problems and obstacles of E company in the market development process. Finally, specified medical equipment products marketing plan and feasible market development strategy for E company is proposed.The market development strategy in this paper is suitable for the current market development situation in our country, and in accordance with the development stage and characteristics of E enterprise. It has important reference value for the market development of the Related Companies in the industry. At the same time, this paper comprehensively uses the relevant theories of the market development strategy, and has a reference value for enterprises in related industry.
