With the rapid development of China's medical device industry,implantable medical devices have been widely used in clinical use.Because the quality of implantable medical device products are related to the safety of patients,their quality and safety issues have received extensive attention from various sectors of society and government agencies.Third-party logistics company for medical device have also emerged as a result of the rapid development of the medical device industry.The government departments hope to develop the third-party logistics enterprises for medical devices vigorously,and reduce the number of control points in circulation.Through the scale of the third-party logistics companies,the third-party logistics company can implement the whole traceable management of implantable medical devices.At this stage,third-party medical device logistics companies started relatively late.The traceability of China's implantable medical device products in third-party logistics enterprises is not yet perfect.Most enterprises can implement batch traceability management through the system,but they cannot achieve Each used product is managed retrospectively,so it is difficult to meet the above requirements.Therefore,the problem that can't wait to be solved now is to further study how to optimize the system for the retrospective management of implanted medical device products in third-party logistics companies.Compared with the original logistics traceability system,which is only for the traceability system management of product batches,this article selected the implanted medical device products in the third-party logistics enterprises to carry out logistic system optimization by box as the research object,combining related theoretical knowledge and industry practice experience,thus confirming the main research content and research direction of this article.Based on bar code technology,this article implements the logistics traceability optimization of implantable medical device products in the third-party logistics company,provide product tracking and tracing queries for the regulatory agencies and supply chain enterprise customers.This article mainly starts from three aspects:Firstly,it reviews the status quo of regulatory policies,traceability management,traceability technologies,and traceability systems for implantable medical device products at home and abroad,and draws reference from other industries for retrospective references.It highlights the importance of detailed and strict laws and regulations for the retrospective management of implantable medical devices,and the establishment of traceability technology application and traceability systems for the implementation of logistics traceability requirements.Than this article proposes the major problems that currently exist.Secondly,through a comparative analysis of the characteristics of distributor logistics operations and third-party logistics operations of implantable medical device distributors,it is concluded that regardless of the perspective of government encouragement or the development of implantable medical device industry,the third-party logistics operation model should be vigorously developed.Finally,this article proposes multiple scenarios for the operation of implantable medical devices in third-party logistics companies.According to these different scenarios,this article designs a multi-scene hybrid recognition system optimization technology,which is applied to the logistics traceability system.Through the actual application in the enterprise,this paper conduct a relevant trace interface display.The innovation of this paper lies in responding to the different application requirements of implantable medical devices in logistics operations,designing and demonstrating a multi-scene hybrid identification technology to solve the problem of the logistics of implanted medical device products in third-party logistics companies problem.The contribution of this paper lies in the research on the optimization of the logistics traceability system for the implanted medical device products in the third-party logistics companies,which is in line with the development requirements of the entire medical device industry.Through the demonstration of the effectiveness of the implementation of this enterprise,the traceability of implantable medical device products in the entire supply chain has a good promotion and reference significance.At the same time,it also provided effective support for government regulatory agencies in formulating medical device policies.
